



































The Home Guarantee Scheme (HGS) is an Australian Government initiative to help you buy or build your home sooner, with as little as 2% deposit and no Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).
Single parents can buy their own home with the Family Home Guarantee (FHG) with a deposit as small as 2% and no Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).
You can use the Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee to build a new home or buy an existing home with a deposit of as little as 2%.
The first home owner grant (FHOG) is a one-off payment of $10,000 to encourage and assist first home buyers to buy or build a new residential property for use as their principal place of residence.
If you haven’t bought a home before, you may be eligible for a stamp duty exemption or concession. You may be able to add the stamp duty amount to your first home buyers loan – saving you from having to come up with the amount upfront.
